July has been full of
its ups and downs and I am so glad that we are ending it on a high note!
Avery's doctor called today to let us know that even though Avery’s right
kidney is not doing wonderful it is making some improvements and he wants to
watch it for a few months. This means we are doing the happy dance at our house
tonight!
This post is a little
random but it’s all things I want to remember!
My mom sent down this little bonnet and I just love it! Avery is such a trooper and doesn't seem to mind it much herself. Any other hat I put on her last all of 3 seconds and then she pulls it off, not this one she will wear it for hours. When she wants to go swimming she will go grab her swimsuit and her hat then bring them to me and sign swim.
This is a total
random picture but I just love that ANYTHING I am doing Avery wants to do too!
She is such a funny little girl and sometimes I just look at her with sadness
that she is getting so big so fast. As sad as it is too see her grow up I just
love to see her learning and growing. I love that she is loves to try new
things.
This is Avery in her big girl car seat. It feels like just yesterday we put her in baby car seat for the first time now she is too big for it. It was a sad day when we graduated car seats.
Look at how stinking
cute this little girl is!
On Friday my good friend Jenny decided to take our little girls to a children’s museum. How stinkin cute are these two? Hazelle is about 2 months older then Avery and Avery just loves when she hangs out with Hazelle. Hazelle is all over the place and has no fear so when Hazelle is around Avery gets a little braver to try new things.
Here is Avery working
the luggage at the "airport" what you can’t see is that Hazelle is up
on cart. I think it is so funny how different two little kids can be. Avery was
as content as could be just moving the luggage back and forth but not Hazelle,
Hazelle had to get up and get in and see
how it worked!
At the museum they
also had this cute little automotive section where the kiddos could
"work" on a car. Little Miss Avery just loved this part she played
and played with the tire and the little drill they had. I knew Nate would be
proud so we HAD to document it!
After such a good time at the children’s museum we decided that we would go get dinner at Cafe Rio. I had to giggle when Hazelle decided that she needed to dip her food into the creamy ranch. She would dip it and then lick off the ranch and dip it again... let's all just face it, if no one was looking we would all be doing the same thing. Miss Avery was also laughing at her buddy dipping her food.
Avery was taking a nap on Saturday and when I went in to check on her this is how I found her, using her baby doll as a pillow! This little girl loves her baby and it just melts my heart how sweet she is. Avery will take her baby and rock it and then she will burp the baby and my favorite thing is when she tries to give her binky to the baby.
