Christmas Eve is always so fun and this year was AWESOME. Eric and his family came over and my parents made the trip down from Idaho to spend Christmas with family. We started the night off right by playing fun games. We tried our hand out at drawing without being able to see what we drew. Then it was time for some Christmas Charades. It was so funny to watch what everyone came up with. Eric put up a fight at first saying that he had spent his entire life avoiding playing Charades but then he was awesome at it. I think he was just saying that as a tactic to smoke everyone!
When I saw this picture the first time I laughed out loud. It's just so cute that Grandpa is trying to hold back a giggle, and then just look at how Millie has her cute little hand up on his face!
These two little girls are partners in crime! They just played and played all night together.
We made homemade pizzas and topped them however we wanted. They turned out really yummy and were so so simple to make. I think we maybe doing this every year from here on out.

A family tradition every year at my grandpas was to get a sack that had a few pieces of hard candy, peanuts and an orange. everyone would get a sack and then we would listen to my grandpa tell us about how when he was a little boy that was all he would get for Christmas. A few years ago my cousin Aaron's wife made this video and shared it with the family. I love that it has tons of pictures of family Christmas parties. What a little treasure!
