SUMMER FUN!

July has been full of its ups and downs and I am so glad that we are ending it on a high note! Avery's doctor called today to let us know that even though Avery’s right kidney is not doing wonderful it is making some improvements and he wants to watch it for a few months. This means we are doing the happy dance at our house tonight!
This post is a little random but it’s all things I want to remember!

My mom sent down this little bonnet and I just love it! Avery is such a trooper and doesn't seem to mind it much herself. Any other hat I put on her last all of 3 seconds and then she pulls it off, not this one she will wear it for hours. When she wants to go swimming she will go grab her swimsuit and her hat then bring them to me and sign swim.

This is a total random picture but I just love that ANYTHING I am doing Avery wants to do too! She is such a funny little girl and sometimes I just look at her with sadness that she is getting so big so fast. As sad as it is too see her grow up I just love to see her learning and growing. I love that she is loves to try new things.

This is Avery in her big girl car seat. It feels like just yesterday we put her in baby car seat for the first time now she is too big for it. It was a sad day when we graduated car seats.

Look at how stinking cute this little girl is!

On Friday my good friend Jenny decided to take our little girls to a children’s museum. How stinkin cute are these two? Hazelle is about 2 months older then Avery and Avery just loves when she hangs out with Hazelle. Hazelle is all over the place and has no fear so when Hazelle is around Avery gets a little braver to try new things.

Here is Avery working the luggage at the "airport" what you can’t see is that Hazelle is up on cart. I think it is so funny how different two little kids can be. Avery was as content as could be just moving the luggage back and forth but not Hazelle, Hazelle had to get up and get in  and see how it worked!

At the museum they also had this cute little automotive section where the kiddos could "work" on a car. Little Miss Avery just loved this part she played and played with the tire and the little drill they had. I knew Nate would be proud so we HAD to document it!

After such a good time at the children’s museum we decided that we would go get dinner at Cafe Rio. I had to giggle when Hazelle decided that she needed to dip her food into the creamy ranch. She would dip it and then lick off the ranch and dip it again... let's all just face it, if no one was looking we would all be doing the same thing. Miss Avery was also laughing at her buddy dipping her food.

Avery was taking a nap on Saturday and when I went in to check on her this is how I found her, using her baby doll as a pillow! This little girl loves her baby and it just melts my heart how sweet she is. Avery will take her baby and rock it and then she will burp the baby and my favorite thing is when she tries to give her binky to the baby.

Happy Fourth Of July

Well, our awesome family was sure boring this year for the Fourth. The biggest thing that we did was go to Chinese restaurant for dinner. Yah, that’s right we had Chinese food on the fourth of July; who does that? I did however take some stinking cute pictures of my stinking cute little girl.

Grandpa and Grandma Vidrine sent her this adorable little outfit for her Birthday and I just loved it so much I had to capture some pictures of Avery in it.

We started outside but even at 9am it was still too bright and hot to be out taking pictures. So, we headed inside to the air-conditioner and Avery was much happier!

This is my one and only picture of Avery smiling. She is such an adorable little thing and smiles all the time but the moment I pull out the camera she stops and wants to play with the camera instead. I just love this picture of Avery and her blue eyes and I think that her leaning over her little rocking chair is just so dainty.

Nate stuck his tongue out at Avery and then it was all over! This little stink bum WOULD NOT smile at me all she wanted to do was be a silly face!

Ha, ha, after a few minutes of taking pictures this is the face I got. The first time I saw this picture I knew exactly where she learned it from… It’s the face Nate gives me when I am being crazy lady!

Here is just a little update in all the things that Avery has been doing the last two weeks:

Avery is a super walker! She is so funny she will take a few steps stop balance herself clap and then walk a few more steps; this is so amusing to me It's almost as if she expects us to clap each and every time she trys to walk.

Avery has become somewhat of a little flirt. I took her into work with me today for a few minutes while I finished up some things. Avery would smile and show off to the girls in my office but the boys she would become all shy around them. When we got ready to leave she blew kisses to all the girls but she refused to blow kisses to my male coworker. When we go anywhere she will wave, blow kisses and make silly faces to EVERYONE. It is almost like if she sees someone and they ignore her will squawk to get them until they notices her.

Avery has the funniest fake laugh! Last night while we were at dinner, Avery had Nate and I laughing so hard we had tears in our eyes and our belly’s hurt. When Avery hears someone else laugh she immediately lets out her fake laugh even when it’s the T.V. she is such a ham!
