Christmas Morning

Oh my how I loved Christmas morning, we just hung around and opened gifts as Avery wanted to and then just played and played!
We got this beauty off a classified for $40.00 what a steal. I painted the doors shutters and roof so it would look new and I LOVE it!
Nate was so cute when he was playing Santa. I think he was more excited then anyone was.

Man did Santa sure think that we were good this year!
When Avery came out she RAN to her little house and loved it. Look at that smile!
Mommy and Avery opening her sock.
This is another classified steal, I got the castle and all the pieces for $40.00. Now that's the way Santa shops!

Silly girl would get a open some clothes and then she would want to put it on. Silly girl had on two coats on and then she opened her overalls and was a little upset that I made her take everything off before she could put them on.

This is the baby that Grandma and Grandpa Christensen got her for Christmas. Such a good little mommy!
Playing beauty shop and daddy was the first client. Such a great daddy!!!!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is always so fun and this year was AWESOME. Eric and his family came over and my parents made the trip down from Idaho to spend Christmas with family. We started the night off right by playing fun games. We tried our hand out at drawing without being able to see what we drew. Then it was time for some Christmas Charades. It was so funny to watch what everyone came up with.  Eric put up a fight at first saying that he had spent his entire life avoiding playing Charades but then he was awesome at it. I think he was just saying that as a tactic to smoke everyone!

When I saw this picture the first time I laughed out loud. It's just so cute that Grandpa is trying to hold back a giggle, and then just look at how Millie has her cute little hand up on his face!
These two little girls are partners in crime! They just played and played all night together.

This little cutie was just as content as could be all night!
We made homemade pizzas and topped them however we wanted. They turned out really yummy and were so so simple to  make. I think we maybe doing this every year from here on out.
A family tradition every year at my grandpas was to get a sack that had a few pieces of hard candy, peanuts and an orange. everyone would get a sack and then we would listen to my grandpa tell us about how when he was a little boy that was all he would get for Christmas. A few years ago my cousin Aaron's wife made this video and shared it with the family. I love that it has tons of pictures of family Christmas parties. What a little treasure!

Ethel M Chocolate Factory

Tonight we went out with some friends to look a the lights at Ethel M Chocolate Factory. This is one of my Favorite places to go during the holidays. I just love to walk around and look at the lights and wander around. This year was super fun since it was Avery's first time there and what made it even more fun is the fact that we went with friends!

Hazelle was showing off to the camera! Silly Girl!
We all had to hold hands. I think its super funny that Avery is holding Ben's hand!

I am so excited that I have been able to stay at home this season and really enjoy it. I am really loving that I get to stay at home and enjoy every single day with the best kid in the entire world.

Family Picture Overload

On Saturday, I asked a friend to help me take some family pictures and I am IN LOVE with them all. I want to hang them throughout my entire house and and I could stare at them all day long. Tell me what you think?
